Twelve years ago a colleague, Dr. Rita Enrica Fioravanzo, came to visit your Department of Psychotherapy, she referred to this visit in a chapter entitled Il modello di Ulm: un progetto di ricerca empirica applicata alla psicoanalisi in the book Metodologia della ricerca in psicologia clinica edited by Wally Festini Cucco, Borla, Roma 1994 pgs 49-74
At the time your position was very interesting to those of us who worked in the field that can be defined as “conversationalism” and that based our work on the text en sémioticiens.
I refer to the textual analysis and to the content based on the hypothesis that the essential psychotherapeutic process is realized through the medium of verbal interaction and that this can be analyzed through systematic applied procedures.
I think that I will be able to come to Ulm before…
